Card no 45 – Danielle, Nebraska, USA

There is something about black and white that adds atmosphere to a picture.  This one from Danielle is the first one I have had of a man reading.  They are generally far outnumbered by pictures of women reading and men are often depicted reading newspapers rather than books.  Why is that?

This card arrived on 27th April, travelled 4121 miles and took 7 days.

Total so far – 162,431 miles; 17 countries (including 6 US States).

Total Mileage – Postcrossing cards only – 49,953 miles
